Rules and Regulations


Purchasers must not include the name of anyone under the age of 18 on the ticket due to the requirements of the Public Trustee Act. 

Tickets may only be purchased or sold in Alberta.

Contest guidelines prohibit the following people from purchasing tickets in the lottery: Members of the Covenant Foundation’s Board of Directors; employees of the Covenant Foundation, staff of Stride Management Corp, staff of Zero Gravity Marketing Inc.; & their immediate family members.

The Split 50 & Cash Calendar Lotteries are separate lotteries. Ticket Purchasers are not required to purchase a ticket in the Split 50 & Cash Calendar Lotteries to be eligible to purchase tickets in the Covenant Foundation Lottery. However; ticket purchasers who only purchase Covenant Foundation Lottery tickets & not the Split 50 & Cash Calendar Lottery tickets will only be eligible for the Covenant Foundation Lottery draw being held on Thursday, December 2, 2021.

Draw Dates and Order:

The Loyalty Draw will be the first draw held. It will take place on Wednesday, August 11, 2021.  Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before Midnight on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 will be eligible for this draw.

The Bonus Draw will be the second draw held, taking place on Thursday, September 16, 2021.  Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before Midnight on Thursday, September 2, 2021, will be eligible for this draw.

The Early Bird Draw will be the third draw held, taking place on Thursday, October 14, 2021. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before Midnight on Thursday, September 30, 2021 will be eligible for the Early Bird Prize draw. 

The Final Draws, including the Dream Home, will take place on Thursday, December 2, 2021. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before Midnight on Thursday, November 25, 2021, will be eligible for this draw. The Grand Prize Dream Home will be drawn first followed by the most expensive prize through to the lowest valued prize. 

All draws listed above will take place at the Zero Gravity Marketing Inc. office located at #290, 8155 105 Street, Edmonton, AB, T6E 3R7, beginning at 11 a.m. All draws will be open to the public. Two executive members of the licensed charitable organization (or delegates) will be present to witness each draw. All draws will be drawn using the Random Number Generator (RNG). All winning tickets will go back into the draw for all remaining draws.

All of the above-mentioned draws are open to any member of the general public wishing to attend, permitting COVID regulations allow it.

If any purchased ticket has been entered for any draw, no refund will be issued.

All winners will be notified in writing by Stride Management Corp. of what they have won & where they can claim their prize.  All names, cities & winning ticket numbers of winners may be published on the lottery website site & on social media.


Prize winners agree to:
a) accept the Prize as awarded.
b) release & hold harmless the Covenant Foundation Lottery, Covenant Foundation, Zero Gravity Marketing Inc., Stride Management Corp., Hillview Master Builder, Audi North Edmonton,  Vision Travel, Don Wheaton Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Ltd., Koch Ford, Alfa Romeo, Martin Motor Sports, Chef Sheridan, West Edmonton Mall (WEM), WestWorld Computers Ltd., Flaman Fitness, CMH Heli, Fairmont Banff Springs,, North Central Co-op, Campers Village, Ortus Security, United Cycle, Invictus Entertainment and Bak2Bak Music, their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, as the case may be (herein collectively the “Releasees”), from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs (including costs on a solicitor & own client (full indemnity) basis), injuries, losses or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, related to personal injury, death, damage to property, infringement of proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy or defamation) howsoever arising out of or in connection with: entering the prize; acceptance of & use of the prize; & howsoever otherwise arising out of or related to the prize;
c) agree not to sue the Releasees for any loss, injury, costs or damages of any form or type, howsoever caused or arising, & whether directly or indirectly incurred from my participation in the Prize;
d) permit the Releasees to take pictures of the winner & to use their Personal Information & likeness, including said pictures in promotions & marketing materials related to the Prize.

Notwithstanding the rules as set out herein, if any supplier of prizes or services provides any warranties/guarantees with respect to the prizes supplied, those warranties/guarantees are not negated by the winner accepting these rules.

The winner of the Loyalty prize will receive a $100,000 cheque.
The winner of the Bonus prize wins a private concert experience with Brett Kissel & $25,000 cash. The winner will receive a 45–60-minute acoustic session from Brett Kissel, either hosted at their own residence* or a location of their choosing, the Covenant Foundation Lottery will not be responsible for any costs if the winner chooses to rent a venue. This concert can host a maximum of 50 attendants. Date of concert will be dependent on Brett Kissel’s availability.
*Performance must take place within the province of Alberta
The winner of the Early Bird prize wins a 2021 Audi R8, and a $50,000 cheque. The winner is responsible for any travel costs incurred as a result of travel to Edmonton.
The winner of the Grand Prize Dream Home located at 643 Howatt Drive SW, Edmonton, AB, T6W 1A3 is anticipated to have possession within 30 days from the date of the Final Draw.  All furniture, appliances & fixtures displayed in the home will be the furniture, appliances & fixtures awarded & must be accepted where is as is.

Vehicle, Recreational Vehicle & Vacation winners will be required to choose one of the two options offered per draw by December 16, 2021.  In the event the winner cannot be located & make their choice by December 16, 2021, the lottery will choose on the winners’ behalf.  Winners are responsible for any travel cost associated with claiming their prize in Edmonton.

Vacation winners will make a choice between the following prizes: an Okanagan Yoga and Spa retreat valued at $6500 OR the Quebec Winter Festival valued at $5500; a Whistler Blackcomb Skiing trip valued at $4500 OR a Victoria Whale Watching trip valued at $4200; a Bora Bora Water Resort trip valued at $13,000 OR a Germany Neuschwanstein Castle trip valued at $13,000. Winners are responsible for any travel cost associated with claiming their prize in Edmonton.

Winner of the Campers Village Package, Personal Chef Package, WEM Shopping Spree, North Central Co-Op & both Fairmont Banff Springs Packages will receive a gift card/voucher from the noted vendors.

There are 25 prizes in total.  Approximate total retail value of all prizes is $2,926,321.80. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. There will be no cash substitutes. The Lottery reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the published prize is no longer available upon the approval of Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis.  All prizes must be claimed by December 16, 2022.  If any prize(s) remains unclaimed for more than 1 year from the date of the draw, a request will be made to Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis for a decision regarding the disbursement of the prizes.


In the event that a ticket lists more than one name, the Licensee will award the prize to the individual whose name appears first on the stub. The Licensee and the Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis are not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between the different individuals.

All sets of multiple tickets must contain the same information. All tickets will be controlled by Stride Management Corp. & are only available online, by phone, mail, the Grand Prize Dream Home & participating hospital kiosks.

Tickets may be purchased with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, bank debit card, cash, cheque, & money order. The Lottery’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket.

A total of 111,345 tickets will be available.
There is a total of 559,145 Split 50 tickets available.
There is a total of 139,689 Cash Calendar tickets available.

The Covenant Foundation, Zero Gravity Marketing Inc., & Stride Management Corp. respect your privacy. We do not rent, sell or trade our mailing lists.  The personal information collected by the Covenant Foundation will be used by the Lottery & Foundation to process ticket orders, notify winners, to contact you regarding ongoing & future lotteries, to contact you regarding marketing, & fundraising efforts, research, promotional information, & about future Foundation events & programs.
