Contest guidelines prohibit the following people from purchasing tickets in the lottery: Members of the Covenant Foundation’s Board of Directors; employees of the Covenant Foundation, staff of Stride Management Corp and Zero Gravity Marketing Inc.; & their immediate family members.
The Split 50 & Cash Calendar Lotteries are separate lotteries. Ticket Purchasers are not required to purchase a ticket in the Split 50 & Cash Calendar Lotteries to be eligible to purchase tickets in the Covenant Foundation Lottery. However, ticket purchasers who only purchase Covenant Foundation Lottery tickets & not the Split 50 & Cash Calendar Lottery tickets will only be eligible for the Covenant Foundation Lottery draw being held on Thursday, November 30, 2023.

The lowest value prizes will be drawn first: $2,000 cash prizes; followed by the $5,000 cash prizes; then the $25,000 cash prize and lastly the $100,000 cash prize. Thirty-one (31) draws will be conducted. Each ticket is eligible for all prizes.
Winners will be announced daily from December 1, 2023, through until December 31st 2023.
All draws listed above will take place at the Zero Gravity Marketing Inc. office located at #290, 8155 105 Street, Edmonton, AB, T6E 3R7, beginning at 11 a.m. All draws are open to any member of the general public wishing to attend. Two executive members of the licensed charitable organization (or delegates) will be present to witness each draw. All draws will be drawn using the Random Number Generator (RNG). All winning tickets will go back into the draw for all remaining draws.
Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before Midnight on the above listed deadline dates will be eligible for the given draw.
If any purchased ticket has been entered for any draw, no refund will be issued.
Files are continuously backed up by Stride Management Corp. In the unexpected event of a power failure, the draw will be postponed and take place immediately once power has been restored.
In the event the Covenant Foundation Lottery does not reach its break-even point, a draw date extension or cancellation of the raffle may be requested through AGLC.
All winners will be notified in writing of what they have won & how/where they can claim their prize. All names, cities & winning ticket numbers of winners may be published on the lottery website site www.covenantfoundationlottery.ca & on social media.

b) Release & hold harmless the Covenant Foundation Lottery, Covenant Foundation, Zero Gravity Marketing Inc., Stride Management Corp., Hillview Master Builder, Ron Hodgson Chevrolet Buick GMC, Vision Travel, Koch Ford Lincoln, Allan Dale RVs & Trailers, Capital Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley, Sunwest Aviation Ltd., Alberta Fly Fishing, West Edmonton Mall, Martin Motor Sports, Best Buy, Beachcomber Hot Tubs and Patio, Fairmont Banff Springs, Century Hospitality Group, The Brick, Westworld Computer Ltd. , United Sports and Cycle, Breathe Outdoors, Flaman Fitness, Kuma Outdoor Gear, Playmore Tables & Games, their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, as the case may be (herein collectively the “Releasees”), from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs (including costs on a solicitor & own client (full indemnity) basis), injuries, losses or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, related to personal injury, death, damage to property, infringement of proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy or defamation) howsoever arising out of or in connection with: entering the prize; acceptance of & use of the prize; & howsoever otherwise arising out of or related to the prize;
c) Agree not to sue the Releasees for any loss, injury, costs or damages of any form or type, howsoever caused or arising, & whether directly or indirectly incurred from my participation in the Prize.
d) Permit the Releasees to take pictures of the winner & to use their Personal Information & likeness, including said pictures in promotions & marketing materials related to the Prize.
Notwithstanding the rules as set out herein, if any supplier of prizes or services provides any warranties/guarantees with respect to the prizes supplied, those warranties/guarantees are not negated by the winner accepting these rules.
The winner of the Grand Prize Dream Home located at 928 Haddad Wynd SW is anticipated to have possession within 30 days from the date of the Final Draw. All furniture, appliances & fixtures displayed in the home will be the furniture, appliances & fixtures awarded & must be accepted where is as is.
Vehicle winners will be required to choose one of the two vehicles offered OR the cash alternative offered per draw. Winners are responsible for any travel cost associated with claiming their prize in Edmonton.
All vacation winners will be required to choose one of the two vacations offered OR the cash alternative offered per draw. All vacations are provided by Vision Travel and include airfare and accommodation for two. All vacations prizes depart from Edmonton. The winner is responsible for any travel costs incurred as a result of travel to Edmonton. Travel restrictions may apply for travel from December 15, 2023 - January 8, 2024. The winner will have 1 year from the draw date to take their trip.
Winner of the Beachcomber Hot Tubs and Patio, West Edmonton Mall, The Brick, Fairmont Banff Springs, Flaman Fitness will receive a gift card/voucher from the noted vendors.
Winners of the Century Hospitality Group, United Cycle, Breathe Outdoors, Kuma Outdoor Gear, Westworld Computers Ltd. Chef’s Table Experience, West Edmonton Mall, the Fly Fishing and Discover Banff Tours, Playmore Tables and Games are responsible for any travel cost associated with claiming their prize.
Winners of prizes from Best Buy Canada will have their prize shipped to the address on file. All other prizes are to be claimed at the retailer. Covenant Foundation Lottery and its suppliers are not responsible for any costs incurred to pick up prizes.

There are 30 prizes in total. Approximate total retail value of all prizes is $2,856,508.36. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. There will be no cash substitutes. The Lottery reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the published prize is no longer available upon the approval of Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis. All prizes must be claimed by February 29, 2024. If any prize(s) remains unclaimed for more than 3 months from the date of the draw, a request will be made to Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis for a decision regarding the disbursement of the prizes.
Prize is a cash prize equaling 50% of ticket sales up to $2,000,000, (maximum cash prize of $1,000,000) Prize must be accepted as awarded: no substitutes. Prize must be claimed within 3 months of the draw date. If after a period of 3 months the winner cannot be located, the prize will then revert back to the property of the Covenant Foundation upon AGLC approval.

In the event that a ticket lists more than one name, the Licensee will award the prize to the individual whose name appears first on the stub. The Licensee and the Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis are not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between the different individuals.
All sets of multiple tickets must contain the same information. All tickets will be controlled by Stride Management Corp. & are only available online, by phone, mail, and the Grand Prize Dream Home.
Tickets may be purchased with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, bank debit card, cash, cheque, & money order. The Lottery’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket.

There is a total of 989,500 Split 50 tickets available. 9,500 single tickets for $10 each, 17,000 sets of 5 for $25, 11,000 sets of 25 for $50, and 12,400 sets of 50 for $75.
